A few years ago, we started a small snow plowing service with one simple goal — to teach our boys the value of hard, honest work. They were just 7 and 5 years old, bundled up in oversized coats, out in the cold and snow, working right alongside us. No complaints. No shortcuts. Just grit, laughter, and the joy of doing something meaningful together.
 

There’s something special about the relief and satisfaction that comes after a long day of hard work — seeing a job well done, knowing you gave it your all, and doing it together as a family. That’s the heart behind what we do.
